Client case
/ CLIENT CHALLENGE
Opel and Fiat needed to be added to the Stellantis backbone already running Peugeot across EE/LV/LT—on a compressed timeline and without introducing a second toolset. The legacy setup lacked structured dealer–importer communication and consolidated reporting, slowing cross-border coordination and factory compliance. The importer asked for the same governed end-to-end flow (offer → handover), reuse of transport integrations and factory-grade documents/warranties, and brand-level data separation—delivered with only light workflow adjustments and minimal disruption.
/ OUR SOLUTION
Clone + fit: migrated the Peugeot backbone and tuned flows for Opel/Fiat policies
Factory fit: built new adapters/mappings for Opel/Fiat factory systems (docs, warranties, stock)
Automations carried over: transport API, factory documents/warranties, reporting exports
Digital retail: stock-synced webshops and action embeds; checkout with finance/leasing
Structured comms & reporting: dealer–importer messaging and unified views
Governed access: brand/user isolation with aligned roles and approvals
Rapid onboarding: config migration, QA, and training completed under one month
/ RESULTS & DELIVERIES
Rapid onboarding: live in <1 month on the Stellantis backbone
Factory alignment: internal status model + automated invoice-request workflow for Opel/Fiat accounting
Cross-border operations: EE/LV/LT unified with shared visibility for importer & dealers
Paperless compliance: Opel/Fiat documents & warranties linked to the sales record (audit-ready)
Unified reporting: consolidated views across Peugeot + Opel + Fiat; spreadsheets retired
Structured comms: dealer–importer messaging in one system, fewer handoffs
