Honda’s Baltic motorcycle business needed a reliable, lightweight platform to run alongside their car operations—without standing up a second, complex stack. With ~70 models that change frequently (new trims, colors, accessories), dealers needed clear visibility of inbound and on-hand stock and a simple way to start warranty—while keeping offers and dealer CRM in their own systems. The importer also wanted Excel-friendly exports to drive planning across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and to allocate stock by the first available model/color—without VIN handling.
