Autobahn expands to Romania with Jetour's new dealer network

Autobahn launches Jetour in Romania

All authorised Jetour sales and service locations in Romania use the full Autobahn Vehicle Sales Platform, extending AADC's three-year cooperation with Autobahn from Poland and bringing an established operating model into a new market.

Autobahn.tech has entered Romania as Jetour launches sales in the country. Jetour is the first brand in Romania to use Autobahn's Vehicle Sales Platform. Its initial network has 10 authorised sales and service locations and is expected to grow to as many as 15 by the end of the year.

The rollout builds on Autobahn's existing cooperation with Asian Automotive Distribution Centre (AADC), Jetour's official distributor in both Poland and Romania. AADC has worked with Autobahn in Poland for three years and uses the platform across multiple brands.

“For Autobahn, there is no better customer feedback than moving into a new market together after several years of cooperation. In Romania, we could build on a system that was already working, adapt it to local needs and extend it as the dealer network grows,” says Stig Terje Henriksen, CEO of Autobahn.tech.

Every authorised Jetour location in Romania uses the full Autobahn platform. It brings customer enquiries, vehicle and price information, stock, offers, orders and handovers into one environment. This gives the importer a consistent view across the network while dealer teams work with the same current information.

Because AADC already knows the platform and operating model from Poland, the Romanian operation did not have to start from a blank page. The existing setup could be adapted to local product structures, documents, user roles and dealer workflows, with new locations and users added within the same platform as the network expands.

Jetour entered the Romanian market with four SUV models. Founded in 2018, the Chinese automotive brand now operates in more than 100 countries and regions, supported by a global sales and aftersales network of more than 2,000 locations.

The Romanian launch is another step in Autobahn's European growth. The platform is already used by nearly 400 dealerships and has supported more than 120,000 vehicle sales transactions with a total value exceeding EUR 2 billion.
