About Autobahn
Autobahn is the first VSP (Vehicle Sales Platform), the software that connects OEMs, importers, dealers and vehicle buyers. The platform covers the full vehicle lifecycle, from factory orders and logistics integrations to catalogue, stock, offers, sales and settlement, and has supported vehicle sales worth roughly €2.4bn. With offices in Estonia, Poland and Czech, we work with importers and dealers across a growing list of OEM brands, including Peugeot, Opel, Citroen, BAIC, KGM, Subaru and Honda. We’re active mostly across Europe and growing steadily, with our sights set on new markets beyond it.
The platform is multi-brand, multi-market, multi-currency and multi-language by design. The same product has to work correctly for very different importers and dealers at the same time. That is what makes the work interesting, and occasionally hard.
The role
We’re looking for a Business & Product Analyst to sit at the bridge between our customers, project managers and developers. You’ll turn customer requirements into clear, detailed, developer-ready specifications, making sure solutions fit both the business objective and the logic of our product.
What you’ll do
• Analyse customer business needs and existing processes.
• Gather and refine requirements together with project managers, customers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare development tasks so developers can start implementation without making assumptions.
• Account for technical dependencies and limitations when describing development requirements.
• Identify business rules, edge cases and potential risks.
• Create user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate how new customer requests fit the existing product, and propose the best solution approach.
• Write clear product documentation.
• Work closely with the Product Owner, project managers and developers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Take part in solution validation and test preparation.
What we’re looking for
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and technical thinking, and the ability to see the bigger picture.
• The ability to understand both business requirements and technical constraints.
• A basic technical understanding of software systems and how they work.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process modelling and documentation.
• A knack for asking the right questions and spotting the missing details.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Very good written and spoken English.
Bonus points
• Experience with software product development or implementation projects.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and data-exchange processes.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Estonian is a plus (the role is based in Tallinn); any other language is a bonus.
What we offer
• Meaningful work with real impact on our products and customers.
• A collaborative and supportive team.
• Opportunities for professional growth and learning.
• Flexible working arrangements.
• Competitive compensation, €2800 to 3500 gross per month, based on experience and skills.
